Effective state and rule of law
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a bill allowing the High Anti-Corruption Court (VAKS) to consider cases of civil confiscation of assets and sanctions individually. This aims to expedite the processes of recovering unjustified and sanctioned assets for the state.
