Cabinet increases academic scholarships in Ukraine from September 2026

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to double academic scholarships starting from 1 September 2026. The minimum scholarship for university students will be 4,000 hryvnias, while for vocational education institutions it will be 3,020 hryvnias per month.
