Kremlin surprised by Armenian PM's speech in native language at summit

The Kremlin expressed surprise at Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's speech in his native language at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov noted that it was a signal of Armenia's sovereignty but questioned why it could not be done in Russian.
