Head of Military Intelligence outlines Russia's winter 2027 objectives

Oleg Ivashchenko, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, outlined Russia's plans for combined strikes against Ukraine this autumn and winter. He stated that the strikes will target energy facilities and thermal power stations, using ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as new types of weapons.
