The Poltava City Council has contacted the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) to confirm or deny information regarding the suspicion of an official in a corruption case related to road contracts. As of September 7, the council had not received any official documents regarding the suspicion, although the investigation documented the receipt of UAH 29.9 million in illegal benefits.
