Supreme Court decides the fate of land for "Arkada" construction

On September 3, 2026, the Supreme Court of Ukraine ruled to renew the lease of a 21.9-hectare land plot in Osokorky-Central for 15 years. The plot serves as a funding source for the completion of residential complexes "Evrika" and "Patriotika" of the bankrupt bank "Arkada". The court upheld the decisions of the first instance and appellate courts.
