Vitaliy Bezgin, the Minister for Communities, Territories and IDPs, visited Kherson to discuss the creation of a full-cycle evacuation system for residents of dangerous areas. According to his advisor Oleksandr Mahdalytsia, the system will involve not only evacuation from high-risk zones but also ongoing support, including temporary housing and adaptation assistance. A transit site is also planned in Mykolaiv Oblast for evacuees.
