A 39-year-old man was arrested in Odesa on suspicion of setting fire to a Mercedes-Benz truck. According to police, he fell victim to a fraudulent scheme related to the 'eSupport' program and agreed to set the vehicle on fire for money. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
