Kyrylo Budanov sentenced in absentia in Russia for war crimes

The Moscow City Court sentenced Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, in absentia for allegedly using prohibited methods of warfare. This marks Budanov's third in absentia arrest in Russia. Russian media report that the decision was made during a closed hearing.
