The Security Service of Ukraine detained three individuals, including the head and deputy of a department in the Luhansk regional military administration, on suspicion of embezzling budget funds during state procurement. According to the investigation, the officials attempted to misappropriate 5 million UAH by creating the appearance of competition in tenders.
