SBU uncovers scheme to embezzle UAH 5 million in Luhansk OVA

The Security Service of Ukraine reported the uncovering of a scheme to embezzle budget funds in the Luhansk regional military administration. A head and deputy of one of the OVA departments, along with an entrepreneur, were detained for attempting to misappropriate UAH 5 million during state procurement.
