Shelling in Kharkiv region injures civilians

On August 22-23, Russian forces shelled Kharkiv and 17 settlements in the Kharkiv region. According to Oleg Synehubov, head of the regional military administration, between 16 and 23 civilians were injured, including a 15-year-old teenager.
