The Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, has prepared a draft law allowing deputies to continue plenary sessions in shelters during air alerts. After 10 minutes to move to the shelter, voting will be conducted electronically. The draft resolution has already been published on the parliament's website.
