Journalists identify prison guards in Crimea accused of torture

Journalists from The Kyiv Independent have identified two staff members of the SIZO No. 2 in Simferopol, accused by former inmates of torturing Ukrainians. The individuals are Leonid Koveh, the head of the regime department, and his former deputy, Zhanat Akhmetov, who allegedly participated in systematic beatings of detainees.
