Residents of Chernihiv apply for winter support financial aid

On September 11, residents of Chernihiv began queuing from 4 AM to apply for the winter support financial aid of 19,400 UAH. The head of the city's social policy department, Iryna Marchuk, stated that they have been accepting applications for the third day, with around 500 submitted so far.
