Due to systematic Russian attacks on port infrastructure, cargo handling at the ports of Greater Odesa has decreased by more than 15 times since July 22. Minister for Communities and Territories Development Mykola KALASHNIK reported this during a meeting in Odesa, where the situation regarding the maritime corridor and shipping security was discussed.
