New salary debts recorded in Ukraine for 2026
In the first eight months of 2026, Ukraine opened 4,600 new cases due to unpaid salaries. The highest number of new cases was recorded in Kirovohrad Oblast, with 1,527 cases, accounting for a third of all new cases in the country. Approximately 36,000 active cases regarding salary debts remain nationwide.
