Ukrainian Parliament supports bill on fines for driving without mufflers

The Law Enforcement Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has supported a bill that introduces fines for driving cars and motorcycles exceeding permissible noise levels. Fines may range from 17,000 to 34,000 hryvnias depending on the number of violations.
