The Security Service of Ukraine has uncovered a group of individuals, including a former deputy head of the State Emergency Service, who were planning a series of terrorist acts, arsons, and an attack on an activist. According to the investigation, the suspects intended to organize the explosion of a construction crane near a residential complex in Chernihiv.
