Law enforcement in the Kyiv region reported suspicions against 14 individuals involved in illegally obtaining nearly 25 million hryvnias in compensation under the 'eRecovery' program. The perpetrators misrepresented undamaged or partially damaged houses as completely destroyed, leading to the misappropriation of budget funds.
