The US Congress has passed the Lindsey Graham Act, which expands sanctions against Russia and Iran. The law grants the president the authority to impose tariffs of up to 100% on goods from countries purchasing Russian oil and gas. However, it is not an oil embargo and does not guarantee that countries like China and India will stop buying Russian oil.
