On 24 August 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine launched a silver commemorative coin worth 20 hryvnias, marking the 35th anniversary of Ukraine's independence. The coin, made of 925 silver and limited to a mintage of 5,000 pieces, symbolises the defence of Ukraine's freedom.
