The European Union urges international partners to urgently provide financial assistance to Ukraine as the country's funding needs increase ahead of winter. The Ukrainian Finance Minister stated that the funding deficit in 2027 could reach at least $32 billion. Discussions on new contributions are planned during meetings in New York ahead of the UN General Assembly.
