On August 24, 2026, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham signed a joint statement of intent for partnership in artificial intelligence. The agreement aims to develop military technologies based on AI and grants the UK access to Ukrainian laboratories in this field.
