Ukraine completes electrification of first newly built Eurotrack

Ukraine has completed the electrification of a 22-kilometer section of Eurotrack between Uzhhorod and Chop. This is the first newly built European railway in Ukraine that has been fully electrified. The project was implemented with financial support from the European Union and the Ministry of Restoration, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine.
