Ukraine simplifies procedure for changing grounds for deferral from mobilization
In Ukraine, conscripts can change the grounds for their deferral from mobilization through the Centre for Administrative Services (CAS) without the risk of losing their status. The previous deferral will remain valid during the review of the new application by the military recruitment commission.
