Business calls to postpone the launch of the e-excise system to July 2027
Business representatives, including the European Business Association and the American Chamber of Commerce, urged the Verkhovna Rada to urgently pass a bill to postpone the launch of the electronic traceability system for alcohol and tobacco products to July 1, 2027. They argue that this is necessary to complete technical preparations and to mitigate risks to the state budget, which could amount to 6.5 billion hryvnias.
