Banks refuse to accept collateral for Stolar and Mudra

Banks halted the acceptance of collateral for former MP Stolar and former Deputy Head of the Office of the President Mudra due to a recommendation from the National Bank of Ukraine. Stolar was to provide 300 million UAH, while Mudra was to provide 20 million UAH. As a result, NABU and SAP do not request Stolar's arrest, while Mudra remains in custody.
