The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine reported that foreign defense suppliers owe the state 472.6 billion UAH, of which 75.7 billion UAH are overdue obligations. Due to a lack of funding for legal services, Ukraine may miss the deadlines for lawsuits and lose the ability to recover part of these funds.
