The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office have charged an employee of the Security Service of Ukraine with organising a scheme for illegal conscription exemptions. The suspect, along with an accomplice and a company director, allegedly facilitated fictitious employment for conscripts to evade mobilisation.
