Spain reforms migration legislation and speeds up migrant returns

On 25 August, the Spanish government approved a preliminary bill to reform migration legislation. At the same time, Spain decided to expedite the return of migrants from Ceuta to Morocco, where between 3,500 and 7,000 individuals are currently located.
