Supreme Court reduces punishment for Jehovah's Witness over draft evasion

The Supreme Court of Ukraine has ruled on a Jehovah's Witness who was punished for draft evasion. The court replaced the prison sentence with a probation period, deeming the call-up of the community's deacon during mobilisation lawful.
