Technical work on the Diia portal
On October 12, 2026, access to administrative services was temporarily restricted in Ukraine due to technical work on the Diia portal. In various cities, including Chernihiv, Kropyvnytskyi, and Zaporizhzhia, the provision of services such as passport issuance and deferral from mobilization was suspended. The Diia portal resumed operations on October 14.
