Discovery of new plant species at the bottom of Kakhovka Reservoir
Researchers have identified 400 plant species at the bottom of Kakhovka Reservoir during an expedition. They also recorded the yellow-bellied snake, listed in the Red Book of Ukraine. Studies are ongoing, with scientists reporting the return of wild boars and deer in the forest at the reservoir’s bottom.
