Preferential loans under the 5-7-9% programme
From August to October 2026, entrepreneurs in Ukraine received substantial amounts of preferential loans under the state programme '5-7-9%'. In September, the loan amount increased to UAH 2.3 billion, and in October to UAH 3.2 billion. Overall, since the beginning of the year, loans totalling UAH 126.6 billion have been issued.
