Tax debts of individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine
As of August 2026, tax debts of individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine reached UAH 16.6 billion, increasing 2.3 times since the start of the war. Entrepreneurs can avoid penalties for tax violations if they occurred due to extraordinary circumstances. However, fines may be imposed for underreporting tax obligations and late submission of declarations.
