In 2026, Ukraine launched the 'School Package' program, providing a one-time payment of 5000 UAH for parents of first-graders. These funds can be used to purchase school supplies, clothing, and footwear via the Diia card. Applications for assistance are accepted until November 1, 2026.
Parents of first-graders received over 738 million UAH for purchases through the School Package program in Diia. Currently, 158,000 applications have been submitted, with the state providing 5,000 UAH per child for necessary school items. Parents can apply online via the Diia app.
