In 2026, the number of notaries in Ukraine increased by 5%, reaching 6,156 professionals. Odesa Oblast entered the top five regions with the highest number of notaries, while Kirovohrad Oblast has 149 notaries, of which 129 are private. Additionally, it was noted that there are over 150 notaries in Rivne Oblast.
