Storyline
The case concerns the termination of land use rights for two plots in Uman. The first plot is located at 7 V'yacheslava Chornovola Street, and the second at 6 Industrial Street. Both decisions were made on September 2, 2026.

The Uman city council decided to terminate the land lease at 6 Industrial Street. Changes were also made to a previous council decision regarding the consideration of requests on land use issues.
