Trial of Tokmak residents for treason
Two women from Tokmak were sentenced by a Russian occupation court to 12 years in a penal colony on charges of treason. The first woman, aged 37, was convicted for transferring money to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and expressing negative views towards the Russian authorities. The second woman, aged 69, received the same sentence for donations to the Ukrainian military.
