Vinnytsia has launched a 'Barrier-Free Driving School' that provides veterans with the opportunity to learn to drive. One participant, Valentyn, a serviceman who was injured, is undergoing rehabilitation and plans to obtain a driver's license. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
