Storyline
In September 2026, military personnel of territorial recruitment centres (TCC) were charged with violence against civilians during mobilisation activities. One soldier broke the arm of a man who was not subject to conscription, while another brutally assaulted two men. The head of the TCC department is also suspected of involvement in these crimes.
