Ukrainians who lost their jobs due to the war can submit claims to the International Register of Damages, established under the auspices of the Council of Europe. The register records damages caused by Russian aggression since February 24, 2022, and accepts claims through the 'Diia' portal. Recently, four new categories of claims have been opened.

Ukrainian citizens who have lost their jobs due to the war can submit applications to the international Register of Damages. Established under the Council of Europe, the Register records damages caused by Russian aggression since February 24, 2022, and accepts applications via the "Diia" portal.
The International Register of Damages has opened four new claim categories related to losses from Russian aggression. Applicants can report loss of access to medical assistance, education, and other violations of international law.
