Ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of the Profession of Lawyer in Ukraine
Ukraine is currently undergoing the ratification process of the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of the Profession of Lawyer. Mykola Stefanchuk expressed confidence in significant support for this decision in the Verkhovna Rada, and noted that the European Union plans to join the Convention. The ratification aims to strengthen the guarantees of legal practice in Ukraine.
