Changes to pension payments in Ukraine
From September 15, 2026, new rules for pension payments will come into effect in Ukraine, requiring changes in the bank for receiving funds. As of October 1, 2026, JSC 'Ukreximbank' will stop crediting pensions, necessitating pensioners to choose another bank. If they fail to do so, payments will be made through 'Ukrposhta', and automatic transfers of pensions to new cards will not occur without additional actions from recipients.
