Conditions for halting Russian strikes on Ukraine
The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine stated that Russia will not stop its strikes on Ukraine voluntarily. Later, the GUR clarified that it has no illusions about the possibility of halting mass strikes from the Russian Federation.
