Political prisoner Tofik Abdulhaziyev's health deteriorated sharply after a court hearing in Chelyabinsk. His wife reported that the right side of his body went numb and his speech was impaired, possibly indicating a microstroke. The court found him guilty of 'contempt of court' and fined him 100,000 rubles.
