A unified checklist for assisting victims of enemy attacks is being developed in Kyiv Oblast. This decision was made following the aftermath of an attack on the village of Myla, where deficiencies in informing victims were identified. A clear algorithm for assisting victims has also been added.

The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, has ordered the creation of a unified assistance checklist for victims of enemy attacks. This decision follows the aftermath of the attack on the village of Myla, which revealed shortcomings in informing victims.
