In September 2026, the Ukrainian government approved four draft laws necessary to fulfil international obligations. These changes also pertain to the High Anti-Corruption Court and individual entrepreneurs, as they are linked to the disbursement of a €1.45 billion tranche from the European Union.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved four bills directed to the Verkhovna Rada to fulfill obligations to the EU and IMF. These bills are a condition for receiving the third tranche of macro-financial assistance amounting to €1.45 billion.
