Nurse Valentyna Bondarchuk and veteran of the Russo-Ukrainian War Daridju Biyanvilej Upul met in a military hospital after Upul was injured. The couple has been together for nearly three years and currently resides in a community in Zhytomyr Oblast, where they have started a family.
