Winter support for families in frontline communities
The Ukrainian government announced a one-time aid of UAH 19,400 for over 380,000 families in frontline communities for the 2026/2027 heating season. The 'Winter Support' programme started on September 30, with applications accepted until the end of October. Residents of Kharkiv and Sumy Oblast are actively submitting applications for assistance.
